Ok ok, I know I've been really slack and haven't updated this for ages - I promise to do better! Hot news is that the duathlon was postponed until April - dammit!! However this has not put me off my training at all, but I am now aiming for even better times!
This is just a quick update to let you know that more is coming - I will fill you in on all the great advice I got from a nutritionist to help with the tired legs problem and let you know how it's been going.
I will be back.

Wendy sent me, but looks like you don't blog much! I've got 7 blogs and one gets about 3 entries a day. I could be your inspiration. If duathlon means exercising, I'm in big trouble.
